What Tixaway is, and what it isn’t
Tixaway is an information and price comparison service. We list upcoming events and show ticket prices and availability published by third-party marketplaces. We do not sell tickets, we are not a party to any purchase, and we do not act as an agent for buyers or sellers. When you buy, you buy from the marketplace you choose, under that marketplace’s own terms, including its rules on delivery, refunds, cancellations and buyer guarantees.
Prices and event information
- Prices, availability, dates and venues come from third parties and can change at any time. We check prices regularly and show when we last checked, but a price on Tixaway may differ from the price on the marketplace when you arrive.
- The prices we show are the lowest listed price before fees. The marketplace shows the final price, including any fees and taxes, before you pay.
- Weather forecasts, transit and parking information and venue details are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the official event and venue information before you travel.
- We work to keep information accurate, but we can’t guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at hello@tixaway.com.
Links to other websites
Tixaway links to marketplaces and other websites that we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, products, tickets, services or privacy practices. Any problem with a ticket or an order must be raised with the marketplace you bought from.
How we earn money
We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. This doesn’t change the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure.
Using the site
You may use Tixaway for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy, scrape, crawl or extract content or data from the site in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, or use it to build or feed another product or database, without our written permission;
- interfere with the site, its security or its servers, or try to access parts of it that are not public;
- use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, compiled data, price history and software belong to WEBBYS BG OOD or its licensors. Event, team, artist, venue and marketplace names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Tixaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by any team, league, artist, venue or marketplace unless we say so.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that the information on it is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, WEBBYS BG OOD is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its information, including losses connected with tickets or services bought from third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
