Who we are
Tixaway compares verified resale ticket prices from third-party marketplaces (including StubHub and Viagogo) for live music, sports, and theater events. When you click through to a marketplace, your purchase and any personal data you provide there are governed by that marketplace’s own privacy policy.
Information we collect
- Usage data: pages viewed, searches, device and browser type, referring URLs, and approximate location, collected automatically via analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files used for analytics and affiliate-conversion tracking (see below).
- Information you provide: if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message.
We do not collect payment details. All ticket purchases and payments happen on the marketplace’s own website.

This earns us a commission at no extra cost to you and never affects the price you pay. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not change the prices you see.
Third-party services
We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Site, including analytics providers and the Partnerize affiliate network. When you leave our Site for StubHub or Viagogo, their respective privacy policies apply. We do not sell your personal information.
